I made a bunch of these “flat lamps” while I was a resident at Popps Packing in 2018. This is the only one that has held up, and there is still something I love about the silhouette of the classic porcelain lamp rendered in plywood. A fun twisty knob turns the lamp on and off, which gives a nice glow through the plywood lampshade.
